Backlink Prospect Checker
Checks whether the exact pages in your list can actually take a comment link, and, if you ask for it, what each site and page is about.
Enter the client domain
The site your links should point to. Links to its www. and other subdomains count too.
No https:// or page path needed.
Add your backlink prospect list
Upload a CSV or Excel file, or paste URLs from Ahrefs, Semrush, a vendor, or your own link building list.
One URL per line. We add https:// if you leave it off.
Choose what to check
Unticked checks genuinely do not run. That is what keeps a scan fast, and what keeps the result honest.
Tick anything you also want in the results and the export. A scan runs up to 12 checks in total, counting the five you already get. The price per URL steps up at 6 checks and again at 9.

Paid plans are not live yet
WebDiagnosis is not taking payments. The two columns above are what paid plans are expected to cover as the product grows into verification and monitoring, not an offer: no card can be added, and nothing on your account can change. You will see final prices and allowances here before any of it starts.

Help
How to run a check, how to read the results, and the questions people ask most.
Getting started
Five steps, about a minute of your time plus the scan itself.
- Add your prospect list Upload a CSV or Excel file, or paste URLs one per line. Ahrefs and Semrush exports, vendor lists and your own spreadsheets all work.
- Choose Quick or Detailed Quick Check answers what most people need. Detailed adds anything else you tick. Unticked checks genuinely do not run, which is what keeps a scan fast.
- Run the check Roughly a couple of seconds per page. You can close the tab; the scan keeps running and the counters pick up where they were.
- Review the strongest prospects Results arrive sorted best first, so the pages worth your team's time are at the top rather than somewhere in row 60.
- Export the cleaned list Copy, CSV, Excel or straight into a new Google Sheet in your own Drive.
Understanding your results
What each column is actually telling you.
Whether a real, open comment form was found on that exact page. Not on the domain, and not on the home page: the page you gave us.
Follow, nofollow, UGC or sponsored, read from links already sitting in that page's comments rather than assumed from the platform.
High means we measured it from five or more existing comment links on that page. Low means we are reporting a platform default, not something we saw. Unknown means neither. This is the column that tells you how much to trust the one beside it.
Domain strength, as supporting information only. It cannot tell you whether a page accepts links, which is why it never decides the verdict on its own.
How spammed the existing comments look. A page can be wide open and still be somewhere you would rather not appear.
Use, Review or Skip, with the reason attached to every row of your export.
We could not read the page well enough to answer. That is not a failure and it is not a no; it means the question is still open, so we say so instead of guessing.
Questions people ask
Quick Check costs 1 credit per URL. Custom Check costs 2 credits for 6โ8 total fields or 3 for 9โ12. The cost appears before you start. Unprocessed URLs are refunded; an attempted page may use credits even if it returns an error.
Either it did not load, commenting is closed, or there is nowhere a link could go. The reason is on every row of your export.
No. We read public pages only, and never post, log in, or bypass a CAPTCHA.
It is still there. Your latest report stays until you start another scan, so open the Backlink Prospect Checker and it comes back. Starting a new scan replaces it, and signing out removes it.
Quick Check takes up to 100 URLs. Detailed Check takes up to 50, because it does more work per page. The Backlink Verifier takes up to 100 pages.
A page it could not read: a timeout, a bot check, a refused request, a server error, or a page that builds its content in the browser. It never reports those as a missing link. Not Found means the page was read, or is gone (404 or 410), and has no link to your client domain.

One permission, just for this sheet
WebDiagnosis only needs permission to create and update the Google Sheet you export. It cannot read Gmail or browse your existing Drive files.
- Create one new spreadsheet in your Drive
- Write your results into that spreadsheet
- Read Gmail, or anything else in your Google account
- Open, list or change files it did not create
Google will call this https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file
